The exhibition "Ode to the Nagelfluh" on Mount Rigi is dedicated to the distinctive Nagelfluh conglomerate rock. Artists bring this unassuming stone into focus and invite visitors to rediscover the geological foundations of the Rigi. In September 2026, the Bergwerk studio in Rigi Kaltbad will be transformed into a vibrant meeting place where artists work, experiment, and contribute their perspectives. The result will be watercolors, objects, and installations that reflect the interplay between geology, material, and perception. Visitors can view the main exhibition in the mine/tunnel from Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
