Rigitrac, based in Küssnacht am Rigi and led by the four Knüsel sisters Edith, Theres, Doris, and Ruth, is revolutionizing the agricultural machinery market with innovative electric tractors. The family business, founded by Sepp and Marlis Knüsel, developed the SKE 40, Europe's first production-ready all-electric tractor, for which it received the prestigious Watt d'Or award. The sisters, who grew up in the company, took over the reins ten years ago and now share key responsibilities such as management, marketing, human resources, accounting, and purchasing.
